BCE Consulting ("we," "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the BCE AI Respondent Panel ("Service").
Account information: Email address, display name, and password (stored in hashed form) when you create or use an account.
Usage data: Actions you take in the Service (e.g., login, panel runs, exports) for operational and security purposes.
Content: Panel types, questions, context data (URLs, documents), and AI-generated responses. This content is processed to provide the Service.
We use your information to operate the Service, authenticate users, improve functionality, and comply with legal obligations. Activity logs help us troubleshoot and ensure security.
We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate personas and responses. Your prompts and context are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing. We do not use your data to train models.
Account and activity data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption, secure sessions, access controls) to protect your data. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact rpirie@bceconsulting.com with requests.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
