The Service is a synthetic research tool that generates AI-powered respondent personas and answers. It is intended for research, strategy, and insight generation. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and in a manner that does not harm others.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. BCE Consulting may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for any other reason at its discretion.
Responses are generated by AI and should not be treated as human research or expert opinion. Use outputs for exploratory and directional purposes. Verify critical findings through traditional research methods when appropriate.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Inputs and outputs may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic) in accordance with their policies.
BCE Consulting retains ownership of the Service. You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant BCE a limited license to process your inputs as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." BCE Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
